OUR STORY

Since 2015, Stride Learning has been dedicated to assisting students who struggle with executive function in the classroom. Executive function consists of skills such as organization, time management, and task prioritization. These skills are vital to student success inside and outside the classroom, directly impacting future college and career opportunities.

Many students who sign up for our program have ADHD and/or dyslexia. Additionally, some students have no diagnosed challenges but still come to us for assistance.

Throughout our time working with students, Stride has seen significant improvements in grades, confidence, and overall welfare. We are committed to continuing our efforts to to give guidance and inspire resilience and brilliance in the classroom.

OUR BELIEF

We believe that having a mentor benefits students academically, emotionally, and socially. Strong connections with mentors positively impact students' work ethics, confidence, resilience, and overall character development.

Our mentors provide guidance to students from a non-parent, non-teacher perspective; we are an additional pillar in each student's support system, cheering them on while also holding them accountable.

TESTIMONIALS

“This is what we want education to achieve.”

-Andrea Clyne

Andrea Clyne, Colorado School Psychologist of the Year 2015

Stride Learning's students have responded overwhelmingly well to their lessons about how the brain works and how to improve their executive functioning skills. They continue to provide their students with the tools they need to feel empowered and ready to navigate school and adolescence. This is what we want education to achieve.
